The ATLAS 4.0 full-face motorcycle helmet rocks the new ECE 22.06 safety certification while also having the DOT rating for all our US riders. The ATLAS 4.0 passed all the testing criteria for the ECE 22.06 certification by at least 20% on every test. The ATLAS 4.0 cheek pads are made from a premium sweat-wicking fabric that is soft against your face while also absorbing any excess moisture to keep your ride even more comfortable. Inside the cheek pads, there are multiple layers of multi-density foam. This foam allows us to have sheets of different thicknesses and densities inside the cheek pads to offer intelligent contouring of your face for a greatly improved fit. 

 

The headliner of the ATLAS 4.0 integrates RHEON™ technology into the foam headliner to offer extra protection to your brain during impacts. RHEON works as a non-newtonian fluid to help dissipate energy from linear and rotation forces. With RHEON absorbing energy from the impact in both linear and rotational directions your brain is less likely to experience as much force from the impact. 

 

The new shell for the ATLAS 4.0 is now quieter and has fully controllable airflow. The ATLAS 4.0 shell features a front top and a front nose vent, both of which are fully adjustable for a total of 4 stages of climate control. This makes transitioning from hotter to colder climates possible by just opening or closing the vents while riding. The shell is also more streamlined, this will put less strain on your neck when travelling at higher spreads as the ATLAS 4.0 now moves more easily through the air compared to previous ATLAS models. 

 

The main benefit of the new shell is the reduction in wind noise, the ATLAS 4.0 has a 57% acoustic improvement from the ATLAS 3.0. This reduction in noise was accomplished by the new shell combined with the new padding. To fully make the most of the quieter experience we include noise cancelling pads in the box that you can slot against the shell next to your ears. These pads will reduce the noise even further by absorbing more excess noise.

The ATLAS 4.0 Hollow can be transformed and customised with our wide range of helmet visors. We offer 7 additional coloured visors that are easily changeable with our quick release thumbscrews. The helmet comes with a pre-installed clear visor for road use and a secondary tinted visor for track use only. All our visors are compatible with Pinlock® inserts that can easily be installed for anti-fog protection (available separately).
